For four years, to the end of 2013, I was proud to be the Headteacher of Ridgeway Infant School - a brilliant school in Derby City.
Throughout my career I have been incredibly fortunate to work alongside outstanding teachers, support staff, leaders and external consultants.
I learned so much by watching and listening to them but I also know that I was very lucky to have been able to do so.
It was a desire to offer every education professional the same opportunities as I enjoyed; to benefit from being able to watch and learn from brilliant colleagues, that led me to create YouTeachMe.
I hope it helps.
